My galaxy book cannot turn on

My galaxy book showed low battery. Then I charged it and kept using it. Suddenly it switched off. The blue light blinked. I kept charging it for more than ten hours. But the blue light keeps blinking and I cannot turn on the book. I have tried many times. How can I turn on it?

I have done that for many times but still cannot switch it on.

Unplug cable >  remove battery > plug cable back in and try to turn it on

Battery is installed internally in galaxy book. I cannot remove it...

Press and hold the Volume down button and Power button at the same time for about 10 seconds.

I'm having this issue also, but I can't get the computer to start. Also, when the device is plugged in the led blinks red.....ugh....
