TabletsISSUE: Samsung temporarily disabled this device due to claim reasons or an outstanding trade-in balance. For claim-related issues, contact your Samsung Care Plus provider. For trade-in issues, check your purchase email for messages from Samsung. The device will be unlocked the following business day after resolution.
I have contacted Samsung's technical support, Servify, and the sales department multiple times. Technical support tried and stated they cannot unlock the tablet and directed me to sales for a replacement. However, sales keeps referring me back to the technical team, creating an infinite support loop with no resolution.
Here is my order number for the tablet (TAB S11 Ultra WIFI version): SA557780580
The tablet is paid in full and I don't purchase Care Plus for it.
Does anyone know what to do? Thanks
