I bought a new Samsung Galaxy Tab7 and how get I get blues lines from around tablet and where you sign in with password.Also it says incorrect password.Then it will say try to sign in again in so many seconds.I would appreciate any help I can get.Thank you,Barbara

I just trying to sign in so I can use it.I am unable to use it ll.

Also tried to reset it and only shows safe mode and won't do anything in safe mode
