Notes link whole page not appearing

I have Samsung tab s6 lite and having a issue  with notes app.

I’ve open the Samsung internet, opened notes to transfer web page into my notes but the link whole page not appearing. 

can anyone assist me please? Thank you

IME, to make this appear, you need to open the 2 apps in split screen.
