Considering that android 15 has been out for a month and we still have 0 access to it my tabs9fe just got 6.1.1 and my 23u is still on 6.1 basic I doubt we'll get anything till March of next year.

Samsung is proving they do not care about our security or user experience. My watch 7 hasn't had an update since the day I got it. Security update june s23 security patch update just recieved yesterday for November. Samsung is failing and claiming it's the carriers fault as they are the ones withholding the updates. We know that's wrong as the carriers aren't even smart enough to program their own apps let alone devices as complicated as Samsung. **bleep** t mobile cannot even program their own 50 dollar phones to work at a basic level. They are not stopping our updates, they are to ignorant to even know how to. Samsung has gotten to big and not kept up with their customer service, it dept, nor tech support. They have gone downhill so fast if folks even knew a fraction of what Samsung is doing or lack there of their heads would be spinning like a gyroscope at over 10krpm fir decades to come. Go ahead and delete this Samsung just proving you are hiding your failures. You do know it's my right in America as I'm not lying and just calling out the facts that you all have proven this year alone. Gone are the days when Samsung had the tech lead over everyone including Apple. Gone are the days when you called customer service got a human to answer the phone and got your issue resolved. Noone answers the phone, the computer is set to just hang up on folks. The text line is a joke! What should've taken 10 min on the phone (they are to lazy to pick one up) never got resolved after 6 hours again by text then they close the chat because you fall asleep. They do not care they do not try and they are trying to make it in a society that dumber than they are which is the only reason they are still in the phone and tablet business.
Gone are the days when they over engineered their products and they survived what Noone expected. I wouldn't trust any of their devices outside of an otter box any longer.

You can do manual updates yourself if you really feel slighted due to your lack of updates. Stop blaming Samsung just bc you're too lazy to learn how to do any of that so you don't get on here embarrassing yourself. Every chat everywhere closes the chat if you fall asleep. You think a live agent is going to wait for you to finish napping? No. If the issue wasn't so important that you couldn't stay awake to take care of it, why should they keep it open when there are plenty of other customers who have real problems and can stay awake to have them addressed.
