Tablets
My Galaxy Tab A9 plus's on-screen keyboard no longer works. I can't remember exactly what I worked on last, before this hapebut suddenly I would go to input something and after a second or two notice that nothing I typed was being received. I would have to use the voice-text function or it wouldn't get done. I've since gotten a bluetooth keyboard that i have to use because the keyboard, at best, will acknowledge the 1st keystroke before completely not responding. But the touch screen responds to EVERYTHING else, so it's not my touch wizard. What has happened?

TabletsYou can try downloading a different keyboard and seeing if that works. Try going to settings/apps/Samsung keyboard (if you are using Samsung) and clearing the cache.
