Hello everyone 

So January 21 I ordered a s11 ultra tablet. I was supposed to have picked it up Jan 27 at my local best buy. Well that never happened. I called Samsung and Best Buy every 2 days for over two weeks. Neither company was taking responsibility for me never getting my tablet. I kept getting the run around. I have calls recorded guaranteeing I would get my tablet and I never did. Instead Samsung cancelled my order. Now when I try and place the order it's $200 more than it was when I ordered initially. Now I also have calls recorded saying that Samsung was going to match the original purchase price. Whenever I reach out to chat they are telling me I have to place the order first then they will adjust the cost. I am not going to do that because then I am agreeing to the new price. I tried escalations, customer service, emailing corporate and even calling stores. I have gotten nowhere. TIL this day ( a month later ) i havent received a call or email response from corporate. What do I do?

What you do is you contact the Attorney General in your state.

Contact your credit card company if you made a deposit or payment on the order to get your account credited for not receiving your order.
They work for you,not the retailer.

That's already been taken care of.  I feel like samsung deceptively sold a product on their website knowing it wasn't in stock.  What I kept being told was that they didn't have any in the warehouse and they warehouse would fulfill the order.

I feel your pain. Been there before with a company selling product and did so knowingly without having inventory and admitted later there was a backlog of backorders.

Yeah I was constantly lied to and misled by samsungs "customer service " representatives repeatedly for over 2 weeks.  Each time I called I was on the phone at least 2-4 hours.  Given the same generic scripted responses.  Even my son said they sounded like talking printers.  Same response different agent

Sadly, this is not a new story for Samsung's "customer support." You've already been given solid suggestions. Wish I had something else for you.

I wish there was a department that actually helped customers.  The customer service department is trash and it seems samsung doesn't really care too much for it's customers.

This is not the Samsung of 10 years ago. It's much more profit-focused and might as well be a different company in some respects.
