TabletsThat's already been taken care of. I feel like samsung deceptively sold a product on their website knowing it wasn't in stock. What I kept being told was that they didn't have any in the warehouse and they warehouse would fulfill the order.

TabletsYeah I was constantly lied to and misled by samsungs "customer service " representatives repeatedly for over 2 weeks. Each time I called I was on the phone at least 2-4 hours. Given the same generic scripted responses. Even my son said they sounded like talking printers. Same response different agent

TabletsI wish there was a department that actually helped customers. The customer service department is trash and it seems samsung doesn't really care too much for it's customers.
