Re: Problem with external keyboard after software update

A factory reset? Meaning I will lose my stuffs on the tablet.  Well i only tried to return back to the previous software but the option to revert was not available

I certainly recommend having a back-up of any important data prior to attempting a reset. Unfortunately the service repair route also wipes the device so a back-up wouldn't be a terrible idea.

You can back up your data with smart switch on your computer
