Processing failed after hard reset

After a hard reset of my old Galaxy NotePro 12.2, I get the abnormal reset login request. When I put in the user/pass I get the "Procession failed" notification. The password is correct since I can login to the account. There does not appear to be a way around this at the moment. I suspect this is a 2-factor authentication issue with Samsung. They do not allow it to be disabled and there is no way to answer the challenge on the tablet in this mode. 

Can anyone suggest a work around?
