We just got a Tab S6 Lite yesterday as of me posting this. The day we got it, it was fine. but on the next day, it was acting up. Whenever the S Pen was hovering over the screen, it acts as it's touching the screen. We didn't get Samsung Care on this. Any fixes?
I am sorry to hear about this. Please check the S-Pen tip to make certain that it is not loose. If it is, usr the following steps to reset the S-Pen.
Reset S Pen
- From the Home screen, swipe up or down to access the Apps screen.
- Tap Settings.
- Scroll down to Advanced features.
- Tap Advanced features.
- Tap S Pen.
- Tap Air actions.
- Tap More options.
- Tap Reset S Pen.
