I'm sorry your S-Pen isn't writing. I'll ask a couple of questions and see if we can solve this together.
What device are you trying to use your S-Pen on?
Do you have the original S-Pen that came with the device?
Has liquid ever entered the device?
Has it ever worked on your device?
Is there anything magnetic on the back of your device? ( Ex. Case with Magnet, Credit cards, Magnetic Strip on back of device)
I have the S6 Tablet, yes it worked original, the pen came with the tablet, its never been damaged or exposed to water the only magnet that it has come in to contact with is the one on the tablet charging doc
Ok, great! Lets try two things.
First, we'll try a hardware test:
Apps > Samsung Members > Get help > Interactive > S Pen
If that works, thats good news, then we'll try resetting the S-Pen:
Attach S-Pen to Tab S6 > Open air action setting > 3 Dots (Top right corner) > Reset S-Pen
