S6 lite Stuck in boot loop after update

Hi, I've been looking online at ways to save my daughter's tablet. I've tried all the basic suggestions and nothing is working so far... I've managed to get a picture of the errors, I'm hoping some wizard can decipher this and help me to fix it please. 

The Samsung logo comes up, then the lock screen temporarily, I can pull down the top menu if I'm quick but it doesn't look like anything actually responds after tapping them. (Tried turning off WiFi, Bluetooth & putting into Airplane mode). Don't have enough time to enter the password either, before the whole loop starts again. 

Tried charging and connecting to laptop, via Samsung smart thing. But it does nothing. I'm currently waiting for the battery to run out, to see if it will turn it off and let me in. 

Failing that my only other option at the moment is when the error log makes an appearance (randomly) doing a complete reset, which I'd like to avoid if possible.

Try putting the tablet into recovery mode to do wipe cache partition

Hold down power and volume up button until the logo appears, then use the volume buttons to select wipe cache partition

The way I fixed this on my s10 was factory reseting or entering the password extremely fast like fastest youve ever typed
