S8 ultra tab not updating

When looking online my tablet should be on the latest one ui but when I go to try to update it is on the initial update from 2022. 
I have
1. Factory reset the device 
2. Safe mode
3. Tapped update several times in a row to try to force. 

Does anyone have any suggestions? It seems it's not reaching the Samsung servers

Which Tablet do you have since the Tab S10 was released in Oct. of 2024 it would have shipped with at least Oct 2024 software it wouldn’t have 2 year old software when shipped.  And they get a update roughly every 3 months

Sm x900 its the sm-x900 and is supposed to be running one ui 7 and is on its release firmware

That's the Tab S8 Ultra, not the S10 Ultra.  The update rollout will depend on whether you have a Cellular model or a Wi-Fi-only model.  Since the S8 Ultra recently began receiving the update less than a month ago, it may take some time. You can also connect your tablet to a computer and run Smartswitch on both devices to check for updates. If the update is not available, you would need to contact a service center to have the software updated.

I have no center close to me, is it possible to have it pushed to me? I have reached out to customer service already and tried every step they have suggested and none have worked. This is the wifi only tablet

Sorry but they are unable to individually send a update out to a device the only way would be with Smart switch a Service Center or you can check UbreakIfix or sometimes at Best buy Geekbench

How do I do this with smart switch? Can I use my s25 ultra to connect to or what do I do?

Once the Tablet and PC are connected,  Run Smartswitch on both devices.  The system will prompt you if an update is available.

Yes you have to have a Windows Pc or a Mac to install Smartswitch.
