How do you override the password on a Galaxy A7 tablet. We've tried the video instructions numerous times to no avail. This is my late Mother's tablet that she purchased maybe 2 months ago.
I will be happy to assist you. If the tablet was set up to enable the location services, The device location allows the password to be reset remotely. You can try findmymobile.samsung.com using the Samsung account login credentials, or the Google Find My Device service using the Gmail login information.
If you do not have access to the account information, the device and a copy of the purchase receipt would be required for one of our service centers to unlock the device.
