Tabletscould be a server issue... see if you can log out of the samsung account (which I would think you'd have issue with since it's not letting you in log-in in the first place).
You can also do a factory reset (as a last resort), but I would recommend you report the issue before doing so.
Samsung Members app > get help > error report ... again, I'm wondering if you need samsung account logged in in order to do this 😞 please update how it goes

TabletsDelete your browsing data and cookies, that's the issue and I've experienced it many times. I usually delete 4 weeks of data to resolve this. Delete, exit and restart the browser.
