Has anyone figured out why the Samsung Messaging app did not work on the S8+ TABLET?

I believe that you need to set up "Call and Text on other Devices" in Settings and use Google Messages.

If your phone carrier is Verizon, Message+ is a great option for the tablet.

Try force stopping the app or restart your tablet/phone
