In Samsung Notes, my s9 Tablet does not have the Toolbar Customization option and the "Use Phone as toobar" is turn on, but greyed out, so i can't change it.
For using your phone as a toolbar, I think the devices have to be Bluetooth connected and for some really weird reason you might have to be on light theme.
i got the 'phone as toolbar' resolved. Switching to Light mode allowed me to toggle that off. It stayed off when i switched back to dark mode.. so that's resolved.
Still need a solution for the 'Customize toolbar' button
