Samsung tablet "Failed to load locales from the resource files"

I downloaded Smart Switch on my PC and under Emergency Software Recovery

and it still did not recognize my Tablet connected.

It's very important that I don't loss the files on the Tablet with a factory reset.

Please Help!

So after much research, I found a Video on YouTube that was helpful.

Easy reset option. Tablet works and did not lose any files.
