Christmas present. Already exchanged for same problem. Touchpad cursor freezes/disappears, and chromebook crashes almost every time I use it. (so daily) Several hard resets needed to get me through a session. Email, reading the news. I hope to get service for this. Love the tablet and the touchscreen. But the tablet is virtually useless right now.
