Just got the new Samsung update and guess what they just ruined the Dex. It shouldn't be called Dex anymore , just a tab with more workspace. Why did you do that, Dex was the only reason to buy a Samsung tab and now what!!! Plz bring an update to use classic Dex the new one is no more useful..
I would have thought that the main reason people bought tablets was for the bigger screen. I'd bet 90% of users don't even know what DeX is and wouldn't consider it a main reason for purchase - and if they did, they'd make sure it was part of the specs prior to purchase.
Not only did I make sure it was part of the specs before I purchased it, it was the main reason I opted for the tablet as a solution for a laptop-like experience. Since they have removed it, they have killed the main reason I bought the tablet which changed the specs AFTER I purchased it.
This has taught me a lot about Samsung's consideration for its users and where my loyalty should be moving forward.
Same here! Bought it for convenient work and now it's gone. When I was choosing a tablet, Samsung won because of Dex. I was always boasting that my tablet is like a mobile computer, but now it's ruined.
It was the reason I bought an s9 tablet w a keyboard. Now they completely ruined dex. Theres no more classic dex to use and completely made my tablet useless for my needs
