Brand new tablet. When I plug it in to charge, the screen stays on so it doesn't charge fully. I have tried multiple ways to fix but nothing works. How do I cut the screen off when charging?

Tablets@rodhal Having the screen on shouldn't prevent the tablet from charging fully.
Go to Tablet settings -> Device care -> Battery and see if Battery protection is enabled.
If you want the screen to be off, just single click the side button.

TabletsYou need to disable it in the Battery ๐ section of your settings which will allow the device to fully charge to 100%.
