Samsung tablet locked

My Samsung tablet is locked to the Samsung account and yet it is not appearing in my profile. How can I unlock it remotely as I don't have access to the tablet. (being repaired)

As far as I know they are no way to remotely unlock your tablet they removed that option a few years ago

I had a different Samsung Galaxy Tablet 2 years ago and now I got a different Samsung Galaxy Tablet but I forgot my username and password to my Samsung account and I got a new cell phone number
