Second Screen is not available for all other tablet users

Hi,

I have a Galaxy Tab S8 Ultra 5G, and I have set up two users on it, one for personal, and one for work.

I am unable to make use of the Second Screen feature when I am in my second user (non administrator).

  • The option is not visible in the "connected devices" section in Settings
  • There is no quick-action to select in the notification panel.

I am able to use Second Screen perfectly fine when I am logged into the tablet's main (adminstrator) user.

Please advise if this feature is only available to the administrator, or if there is something I can do to enable it for all users of the device?

I don't know how to fix that. But i used to have two screen using dex. But now I realize I don't need an extra screen because the solution is getting good at using the software and switch app on just one screen. I don't even use split screen anymore. It's all about knowing how to use your device as a tool

I'm not talking about using a second display on Samsung Dex, I'm talking about the feature called "Second Screen": Setting up Second Screen using the Tab S7 | Samsung Australia

This particular feature is not available to any users on the device except the main one that I set up initially.
