Sensor issues?

I have the tab s11 ultra and there are a few spots that will, in a sense, magnify the brush. If I have any type of tilt with the pen this happens. The small spots are the normal size of the brush. Do I have bad sensors

In the Samsung Members app there is a tab for support, there is a diagnostic testing. Run it to see what it says for sensors.
