Sent device for repair - 1 month later, nothing

Sent my device for repair a month ago, the second time sending the device for repair, and haven't gotten it back yet. 18  ago they said the repair was unsuccessful and they will exchange it. Then nothing until a week ago when I got a text saying "We have created a sales order to allocate your replacement unit" 

Since then nothing. Anyone been through a similar experience? What can I do? Please help
