I recieved my TV and You tablet and it doesn't seem to support my main TV provider - SLING. I wrote to support a week ago about this & no response. I listed this as my main tv source on my initial application.

Every time I confirm a show as "none" it asks me to add to the source. Anyone else having this issue or know another way to reach them?

I'm a senior citizen so it's possible I'm missing something....

I always get that popup and click to get it again in 4 weeks since my provider isn't listed anymore.

Thanks Gary, every 4 weeks would be awesome! Once a week or even day would be great - it's putting multiple shows each day, sometimes in the same hour. If it hears a commercial, it puts a show for 1 or 2 minutes😂. I feel like I need someone to fix some of this mess, but there doesn't seem to be anyone. I hope I'll still be rewarded.

I've been in the program for over 2 years now and so far I haven't had a single issue with getting the points monthly.  In that pop up it should give you the option to update your provider or wait 4 weeks

Hello usergFvV2ZaFra,

I definitely understand your concern with the tablet not supporting your main TV provider and would like to advise the TV and You app is the only thing that can run on this tablet, so there is no value in linking any personal accounts as the main use is for the TV and You app.

Thanks, I realize this, but I can't respond correctly to the TV& You app. That's all I'm trying to do. It's also pulling my music & trying to give it a show/movie.
