Tab S7+ Folder settings missing

It's been some time now the Tab S7 has been missing the folder settings in HomeUp. Has this been moved to somewhere else. There doesn't seem to be a way to adjust any folder settings such as grid. One UI 4.1

After One UI 4.1.1 we still don't have the ability to adjust the folder grid. Is there any other way to adjust the folder grid more than 5x3?

One UI 5.0 on the Tab S7+ and still no options for folder settings.
