Tab S7+ screen intermittently not responding

I've been having an issue lately where the screen stops responding for 10-30s. I'm on System Update 8 / RP1A.200720.012.T978USQU2BUI2 from Verizon. I have 55gb free on internal storage and 790gb on my SD card. I have cleared my cache and freed up memory using the Device Care option in Settings. I'd rather not erase and reconfigure the system, but the frequency and annoyance are high enough to warrant it if other options don't help. Any suggestions would be welcome.

Text 1-800-(SAMSUNG) and they'll likely get somebody to be able to help you. They helped me when my Tab S7's screen stopped working.

I'll have to do that, I did a factory reset this morning (after backing everything up to my SD card) , and I saw the issue even during the setup phase when logging into my WiFi network.
