Since the recent software update (10th Sep 2022), some of the physical keyboard symbols are incorrect. The £ sign (shift 3) is giving me #. The " sign (shift 2) is giving the 'at' sign and vice versa (can't use the 'at' sign in this post as it shows as invalid html).
My keyboard settings are correctly showing me as having a UK English keyboard. I've tried changing to US English and US International but have the same problem. I've force stopped the Samsung keyboard app and cleared all data and still have the same problem (I suspect this is the on screen keyboard settings rather than the physical, but worth a try). I've rebooted the tablet, same problem.
The only way I can get the £ symbol is to have the on screen keyboard visible while using the physical keyboard which defeats the object of having a physical keyboard!
Has anyone else had this problem?
It's not the on screen keyboard that's the problem.
Fixed with Samsung chat support.
Soft reset - no help.
