Tab S8 Ultra 512GB Model has 14GB RAM(??) not 16GB as marketed??

So I just received my tab s8 ultra 512GB model 2 days ago after pre-ordering it about 2months ago. Its working fine, is huge and everything seems to be in order but the amount of RAM is bothering me! As per aida64 & cpuz - the total amount of installed RAM is 14GB whereas it should be 16GB as per official specs. So can anyone here with the 16GB/512GB model confirm they are seeing the same issue?? After the GOS scandal - I don't have much faith in Samsung.

P.S: Just to clarify, I also have the S22 Ultra 512GB model with 12GB RAM, and both aida64 & cpuz shows that 12GB RAM as 'installed'/'total'...

Update: I think the apps are reporting total amount of RAM incorrectly at present. Likely need update to account for the new models.

okay, thats possible, however - why is that not the same case for the phones? why is that 2GB not reserved by onboard graphics of phone - they are using the same SoC.

It is he same for a phone. Here's the memory screen for my 16gb S21.. notice the the two memory figures, 6.9+7.1 all up to 14gb and then there is 2gb reserved.

See my screenshots from my S22U 12GB.

See how aida64 is showing that 12GB as installed RAM and 10GB as available RAM (after 2GB reserved)...  This is precisely where I have the issue, in TAB S8U - aida64/cpuz showing only 14GB as installed RAM and I want to know why this discrepancy.

Aida64 incorrectly reports the ram in my S21. See the screen capture from Device Info HW which reports it correctly.
