Tab s7+ restarting itself

I bought s7+ 2 week ago. Now it keep reboosting itself at least once aday. I checked auto restart and it is turned off.  I tried to wipe our cache partition but I cant even enter recovery mode. Although pressing power button + volume up button. Then, I did a factory reset and it didn't fix. Is it cause of new update? Help me out.

As we would like to gather additional information, and look at this from a case-by-case basis please provide the full model code and the serial number of the device as well as your best contact phone number, name, and email.
