TabPro S keyboard not working

Model SM-W703NZKAXAR

 

They keyboard does not work. Connecting and disconnecting it from the tablet does not appear to do anything. I attempted to make a service request for it but it seems I'm not able to.

Hello user9DPMvh4Iia, have you tried another keyboard? I recommend backing up your files and then perform a Complete Restore to ensure that the problem is not software related. If you have already performed a Complete Restore and your keyboard is not working properly, you will require service.
