I have a 2 year old Samsung s10 thats been in perfect condition It was fully charged when I was playing a solitaire game when it just shut down I have down the 2 things I know of to force a restart Holding down the start tab when that didnt work I held down the start tab and volume down tab Neither worked and now Im at a loss On or off the charger made no difference and I know the charger works I tried it with my phone Any advice would be appreciated
I have a similar problem with my S6 lite. Several times a day it will reboot on it's own. I have sent trouble reports many times. I'm ready to toss it out... Other than this major problem I like it.
