TabletsMy tablet is a Galaxy Tab 2 7.0, I have had it for many years and it will not turn or charge. It doesn't tell if it is charging when I plug it up. I have tried pressing the power and volume button but it doesn't work.

TabletsAt this point, service would be the next suggested step. Would you like to move forward with that process?

TabletsHave you tried a different power adapter?
And the process is press and hold the power and vol - buttons for at least 20 or so seconds. Even just holding the power button by itself for that long can reset it.
