2019 Galaxy Tab A. This tablet gets used a lot at our business. For quite some time we've had a delay in text messages coming in. Problem has only gotten worse over the past few weeks. Have been through EVERY "fix" including everything my carrier (Tmobile) could do on their end. Soft reset and hard reset the tablet, cleared app cache... all of it. Took out the Sim card and re-installed it. As soon as I fired up the tablet after re-installing the SIM card, the text message app worked perfectly for about 20 minutes and then back to "Unable to send..."
If no software, reset or carrier fix will resolve the issue, is it possible that this is a hardware problem?
