Welllll, I believe I'm being scammed and would like to know if anyone has had this happen😢
Bought tab s10ultra in March....at Samsung sight...to be picked up at our BEST BUY..which we did.
Then did ALLLLL things required for my return of my tab s8ultra....it was LIKE BRAND NEW as I keep my phoes and tabs in ultimate condition.
Ok...packed in bubble wrap..original box, you name it...I did it.
Examined by THEEE adults here...not one scratch or anything else wrong.
Here I am, three months later receiving an email telling me my tab was NOT accepted because screen or case was CRACKED!!!....they now say I will be charged the difference in my trade in price....NOOOOO WAY!!!!
where were they allll this time???.....I am livid about this and certainly hoping this is NOT a real Samsung scam of long time customer!!
Does anyone have an idea on this...or has experienced this type of thing happening to them?
I will get lawyers involved if necessary, but I'm not giving anyone another dime for this tablet I've been using for months now.

Contact Samsung customer service. If you have pics or video of packing up your trade-in device, that would be very helpful. There is also supposed to be video of the person who opened your package and went through the evaluation process. Tell customer service you want to see it.
Samsung uses a third party (Hyla Mobile) for trade-ins. There are horror stories all over the internet of them scamming people. Many members of this community, myself included, have had bad experiences with them. I honestly don't know why Samsung continues to use them.
