I am looking to trade in my old unused 10th gen iPad to get some credit towards a new S11 base tab. However, Samsung does not list my iPad during the device selection. Would anything negative happen if I select the 9th gen and send my 10th gen instead? Wondering if anyone has done it before or knows what would happen.
Thank you in advance!

Just my opinion if you send in the wrong model than stated allowed for a trade in i would think it would void the offer

TabletsYour trade in will be denied and you will be charged full price for your device. A better option would be to try to sell it and take the proceeds and buy your new tab. You'd likely get more money than the trade in value Samsung would give you

Sometimes cellular Carriers give better trade-in values.
e.g. I traded in my S10e for an iPhone 17 for my kid a few months ago: they valued the S10e at $300! No way Samsung would value it at $300.
