Unable to download Amazon shopping app on my new Samsung 9a+ tab.

Google Play Store says this device is not compatible to download Amazon app. I am able to download Amazon prime video, kindle etc but not the shopping app. Pls lmk what went wrong with my new tab. Thanks.

Clear the cache of Google Play store app > restart the phone. Try downloading the app again

Done but no use. Can galaxy team handle it through remote access?

I'm not sure about remote access, I have never had to use it. Make sure your Wi-Fi is stable. That could be an issue. Some advice, don't factory reset unless it's it's absolutely necessary. Most likely, it's something being overlooked.

@Manimala  Are you in the US?

There was an earlier Amazon shopping app which people were using on their tablets and Amazon discontinued it.
