Unable to pair headphones

Hello,

I recently purchased a pair of Life Tune Pro headphones. 

My Samsung S6 tablet will not pair. I have updated software and checked my Bluetooth settings. 

Any suggestions?

Can you pair them to another device? That way you would eliminate the headphones as the problem if they work on another device.

Be sure no other Bluetooth devices are connected.
