I have been waiting on a refund from Samsung for a tablet that couldn't be repaired. The wait has been months. I received an emailed that the check was processed and mailed on March 11th. It's April 24th and still have yet to rececived this refund. The irritiating thing is that this tablet is still on my Sprint account and I am paying for the tablet and a data plan monthly. I am tired of calling and told lies.
