Sorry this is repeated post. The first time I posted this I accidently let the system auto selected a title that was not correct.
So needed a cheap tablet for some field work. I had read:
that a Galaxy Tab A could be upgraded to Oreo (8.1).
So I bought a 7" Tab A (model number SM-T280) and tried to upgrade it but it is still at Lollipop (5.1.1). Did I miss something?

TabletsThe picture that they use in the post is of the 7" Tab A, but I'm sure that they're talking about the 10.1" Tab A, since that's the one that got the 8.1 Oreo update. I did a little bit more research and no one even mentions the 7" variant.

Guess I assumed that all Tab A were similiar and the article didn't go into details about the model.
