@tswords5862 I got it on my Tab S8+ (Wifi) on Dec 14. And a fellow ambassador got it on his Tab S8+ (5G version) the same day.

I updated my tablet yesterday, it made my tablet have a 3 to 4 second delay each time I turn the tablet on. Meaning when I turn it on and touch the screen, nothing happens until 3 or 4 seconds later, then I can start pressing things

First soft reset it by pressing and holding Power and Vol Down until it reboots.

If the issue still exists, boot to Safe Mode and see if it's still happening.

If it is, try wiping the System Cache

Turn off the device

* Connect to a computer via USB

Press and hold Volume Up + Power buttons simultaneously till the device logo appears

When it logo appears, release Power button but hold the others few more seconds

Release all the buttons when Recovery Mode screen appears

You can use the Volume Up and Volume Down buttons to scroll up or down, and the Power button to select

Using the Vol Down rocker, select Wipe Cache Partition

Press the Power button to select

Use the Vol Down button to select Repair Apps

Use the power button to select

Use the Vol Down button to select Restart

Use the power button to select

* Some devices need to be connected to a computer in order to enter the Recovery Mode
