TabletsHonestly, service may be required. But before jumping into service there are some things that we can try to resolve this for you.
- Clear cache
- From a Home screen, swipe up or down from the center of the display to access the apps screen.
- Navigate: Settings. > Apps.
- Locate then select the appropriate app. If system apps aren't visible, tap the Menu icon.
- Tap Storage.
- Tap Clear cache. This option may not be available for some apps.
- Verify that the device, charger, and USB cable have no physical or liquid damage.
-
Soft reboot the device (certain devices only).
-
If possible, remove the battery for 30 seconds, and then replace the battery. Skip this step if you have a non-removable battery.
-
-
Test the device with another charger.
-
If possible, test to see if your device works with an alternate Samsung charger.
-
-
Below is an article that has more information that might be able to help you.
If you have completed all of the steps above then service is required.
