I have a Galaxy tab A 8.4 2020. I put sim card in it. I can send & receive text, I can use my data for web searching.  But cannot make a phone call out of it. Gives me this message "call cannot be placed because there are no calling accounts".

Tablet Shows LTE sign on top right corner.  Sim card works on the other phone without any problems.

Any idea how to fix this?

Thanks,

That is expected behavior. Tablet cellular connections are not configured to allow the user to make and receive phone calls directly.

You have to enable call and text on other devices

I too am having this issue.... for context, I am using Samsung's call and text from other devices feature. I was previously able to make and receive calls on my tablet using the Samsung connection and has stopped working. Any ideas on how to fix?
