TabletsLastly, I recommend trying a factory reset. If this does not help I recommend letting a service technician have a look. If you're experiencing this or similar symptoms please reach out to our support team directly via one of the following methods, as we would like to Gather additional information, and look at this from a case by case basis. Please provide the full model and serial of the device as well as your best contact phone number, name, and email.

TabletsI'm sorry to hear that, have you tried running the device in safe mode?
- Turn the device off.
- Press and hold the Power key.
- When Samsung appears on the screen, release the Power key.
- Immediately after releasing the Power key, press and hold the Volume down key.
- Continue to hold the Volume down key until the device finishes restarting.
- Release the Volume down key when you see Safe Mode on the device.

TabletsPlease perform the following steps. Go to Settings>Apps.
Tap the 3 dots at the upper right, select Show System Apps.
Do the following steps in order.
Select Google Play Store>Storage, then Clear Cache, Clear Data.
Select Google Play Services>Storage, then Clear Cache, Clear Data.
Select Google Services Framework>Storage, then Clear Cache, Clear Data.
Restart the tablet and check for updates.
