setting app gone

Somehow (I probably did it), accessbbility is turned on.  The setting app is gone.  How may I turn accessability off to go back to the original 'desktop'?  Thank you!

The 'settings' app is gone.  I need to turn off the audio accessibility option that I turned on by mistake.  How may I recover the 'settings' app?

Swipe down from the very top of the screen and hit the settings icon.

Or, swipe up on the home screen and search 'settings'.
