It's not a Samsung issue, contact the app developer for these kinds of issues. Don't blame the Latest Verson of Beta OS if you find apps, Facebook or or IG or custom launchers or themes acting up, just know some apps aren't built for the current system OS or it's settings, some apps may take a while to get working again.
