Thanks for the help bro ill check out those settings, I dont really use my video camera too often unless im on TikTok but ill give that a try, I mostly take pictures and trying to get the most out of my camera when taking shots

Maximum Quality and turning on HEF is contradictory. Turn off HEF if you want high quality pics.

HEIF actually offers better quality AND colors. The only downside is compatibility but even that isn't much of a problem anymore because almost every app is compatible with it nowadays. Not to mention the file is half the size of a JPEG file.
