Broken call "fix"

When I first updated, calling and recieving calls was not working.

Fix can be either rebooting the phone after the update settles, or making a call from a paired samsung watch. (I have the watch 5 pro)

The watch call fixed my s23u, and on my wife's s23u the reboot corrected hers.
