They have been giving a lot of promotion to the filters that the iphone 13 has, and many youtubers do not even know that the Galaxy have this function for years.
The filters aren't in 108MP

You can select different types if native filters or you can customize it.
Picture #1 is where you activate the filters
Picture #2 is where you can choose native filters (you can download more in the store and increase or decrease the intensity)
Picture #3 is where you can customize it and select them

Photographic Styles are not filters. As opposed to modifying an image's composition and colors after its been shot, iPhone 13's Photographic Styles manipulate the camera settings to capture the photo in the set Photographic style.

The thing that closely matches to Samsung is Pro Mode. Instead of leaving the user with pro mode controls, iPhone is guiding with choices that are meant to work great.

Remember that iPhone has also has filters for years in their camera app.

Hope this clarifies that Photographic Styles are not filters. And yes, Samsung cameras have Pro Mode but they aren't as easy unless you are a pro user.
